At AlphaMens.ca, each streetwear piece is made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
👉 Please double-check your size chart before ordering and refer to the color chart in the product photos. Designs may look slightly different depending on the garment color chosen.
Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, no worries.
Contact us at returnrequests@alphamens.ca within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue and your order number.
Once approved, we’ll issue you a store credit worth 125% of the original purchase price of the affected item.
⚠️ You do not need to return the item.
⚠️ Store credits are applied to your AlphaMens account and can be used toward any future purchase.

Our Quality Promise
We stand by the quality of our products. If something slips through and you receive a defective piece, we’ll not only make it right — we’ll give you 25% more than what you paid in store credit, because your trust in our brand matters.
